There was nothing around for miles. The cold air crisp and rough. It was difficult to breath. It was harder than I expected. I thought I would be able to handle this on my own, but I was wrong. Dreadfully wrong. I wondered here and there looking for nothing. I wasn't very sure. All I knew was I wanted to find that Caped man. He had answers. People like him had to. My only friend told me to stay at home, safe in bed, but I left anyways to find this caped man. How stupid I was. What would I do when my mother woke up and didn't find me under my pink sheet?
